In accordance with European Directives participants have the right to withdraw from the conference registration within 14 days from the date of registration, without providing any reason.

Withdrawal Period: Participants may request a refund within 14 days from the date of registration.
Processing Fee: A processing fee of 50 Euro will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs.
How to Withdraw: To exercise the right of withdrawal, participants must inform us of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) within the 14-day period.
Refund Timeline: Upon approval of the withdrawal request, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the same means of payment as the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions: After the 14-day withdrawal period, no refunds will be issued.

Conditions for receiving participation diploma
A certificate of attendance can be obtained by online or onsite participants if they meet the following requirements:
to participate at the conference (online or onsite)
to communicate to us your medical status (medical speciality)
to fill out a feedback form which will be sent at the end of the conference via the email you have registered at the conference
CME credits will be gained by time of participation (ex: you participate 2 hours, you will receive 2 CME credits)
Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications.
Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.'"
Information regarding the conversion of EACCME* credits:
Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities, Physicians wishing to convert EACCME® credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit'™ will be required to access the AMA website at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Physicians and other health care professionals will be required to pay a processing fee to the AMA.
